1. About us

Aim High Pilot Training is a sole trader business operated by Paul Hignett, registered in Essex, England. We provide PPL and NPPL theory exam preparation, online ground school, and flight training services operating across Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or making a booking through aimhighpilottraining.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services provided

We provide the following services:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to access the practice exam platform and booking system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

5. Subscriptions

Access to the practice exam bank requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed as follows:

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Manage Billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.

We do not offer refunds on subscription payments except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Ground school sessions are booked and paid for in full at the time of booking. Our full booking terms, including our cancellation and refund policy, are set out in our Booking Terms & Conditions.

All content on this website — including exam questions, explanations, course materials, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Aim High Pilot Training unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The practice exam platform is provided as a study aid for CAA theory exam preparation. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing any official CAA examination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aim High Pilot Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to pass an examination.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice in your dashboard. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
